I am Wendel Lopes, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT). Having journeyed from Brazil to becoming a proud Canadian citizen, I understand firsthand the courage it takes to embrace change and build a life that truly fits who you are.
Whether you're facing life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply respectful of your unique story and cultural background. I believe everyone has an innate wisdom and strength — sometimes we just need the right support to reconnect with it.
